The intention was to make the site fully accessible to users of all browsers. Although it uses frames, everything is available on frame-free pages too. Additionally, all images have text labels.

Newsflash:Free Internet phone calls at weekends

Starting in November, we will be offering free access at weekends, using a FreeCall 0800 number. Because it is an 0800 number, you don't have to change your telephone provider, these calls are free with all landline telephone companies (i.e. all but mobiles). Ypou only need to spend a couple of hours online each Saturday and Sunday to recoup the full cost of a year's subscription.

Exsiting subscribers will have the opportunity to use this service before then, around the second weekend of October. Go to the Customer Desk to register your interest in using this service before the November launch.
